Position: Remote Sales Closer (B2B) — Full-Time | Remote
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 8AM–6PM PDT (shift within these hours)
Compensation: 100% commission-based | OTE $1,250–$3,500/month + uncapped bonuses

BrickedUp Systems is a fast-growing software company helping contractors and home service businesses grow with simple, high-impact marketing systems — modern websites, lead generation, review automation, and CRM tools that actually move the needle for our clients.

We're hiring a Remote Sales Closer to run B2B sales calls over Google Meet and turn qualified prospects into paying clients. Leads are booked for you — your job is to show up sharp on camera, run the call, handle objections, and close. This is a commission-only seat built for closers who'd rather be paid on results than capped by a salary. If you can close, the upside is uncapped.

What You'll Be Doing

Running scheduled sales calls with contractors and home service business owners over Google Meet

Presenting our platform confidently and tying it to each prospect's specific problem

Handling objections calmly and guiding the prospect to a decision on the call

Asking for the sale and taking payment live — closing, not "circling back"

Following up fast with prospects who don't close on the first call

Keeping your pipeline and notes clean in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Hitting and beating monthly close targets

Handing closed clients off smoothly to our onboarding team

Who We're Looking For

Proven phone or video closing experience — you've carried a quota and hit it

Confident and professional on camera, with strong spoken English and a clear, easy-to-understand accent

Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus (we sell in both)

Calm under pressure — objections energize you, rejection doesn't rattle you

Naturally persuasive without being pushy; you build trust fast

Highly organized and self-driven — you follow through without being chased

A solid remote setup: HD webcam, good lighting, quiet room, rock-solid internet

Comfortable in a commission-only structure — you back yourself to close

Big plus: experience selling to contractors or home service businesses

Big plus: familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
